The Business School at Yangzhou University(BSYU), invites applications for a wide range of faculty positions in the following six areas:

1. Theoretical Economics;

2. Applied Economics (including Regional Economics, Industrial Economics, Labor Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Finance, International Economics and Trade);

3. Business Administration (including Corporate Management, Economics and Management of Technology, Accounting etc.);

4. Agricultural Economics and Management;

5. Management Science and Engineering, and

6. Public Management (including Administrative Management, Land Resource Management etc.).

 

Position: Specially Appointed Professor- Level A

Requirements:

1. Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years oversea research working experience;

2. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from an oversea university;

3. Have received associate professor rank or above in a top oversea university;

4. Under 45 years old (can be extended to 50 years old for outstanding applicants).

 

Applicants should have published at least 10 research articles on SCI or SSCI journals and meet at least TWO of the following requirements:

1. Being a principle investigator of at least 1 research grants from national funding agencies;

2. Published at least 1 books;

3. Research articles published on SCI or SSCI journals have received at least 20 citations for each publication

 

Position: Specially Appointed Professor- Level B

Requirements:

1. Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years oversea research working experience;

2. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from an oversea university;

3. Have received assistant professor rank or above in a prestigious oversea university;

4. Under 45 years old.

 

Applicants should have published at least 8 research articles on SCI or SSCI journals and meet at least TWO of the following requirements:

1. Being a principle investigator of at least 1 research grants from national funding agencies;

2. Published at least 1 books;

3. Research articles published on SCI, EI,or SSCI journals have received at least 15 citations for each publication

 

Position: Specially Appointed Professor- Level C

Requirements:

1. Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years oversea research working experience;

2. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from an oversea university;

3. Have received assistant professor rank or equivalent in an oversea university;

4. Under 45 years old .

 

Applicants should have published at least 6 research articles on SCI or SSCI journals and meet at least TWO of the following requirements:

1. Being a principle investigator of at least 1 research grants from national funding agencies;

2. Published at least 1 books;

3. Research articles published on SCI, SSCI journals have received at least 10 citations for each publication

 

Position: Talented Youth 100

Requirements:

1. Qualified applicants should have at least 3 years oversea research working experience;

2. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from an oversea university;

3. Have received assistant professor rank or equivalent in an oversea university;

4. Under 38 years old .

 

Applicants should have published at least 4 research articles on SCI or SSCI journals and meet at least TWO of the following requirements:

1. Being a principle investigator of at least 1 research grants from national funding agencies;

2. Published at least 1 books;

3. Research articles published on SCI, EI,SSCI journals have received at least 10 citations for each publication

 

Position: Outstanding Oversea Ph.D - Level A

Requirements:

1. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from one of the top 300 universities based on worldwide ranking;

2. Under 35 years old.

 

Applicants should have published at least 3 research articles on SCI or SSCI journals and meet at least ONE of the following requirements:

1. Being a principle investigator of at least 1 research grants from national funding agencies;

2. Published at least 1 books;

3. Research articles published on SCI, SSCI journals have received at least 5citations for each publication

 

Position: Outstanding Oversea Ph.D - Level B

Requirements:

1. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from one of the top 500 universities based on worldwide ranking;

2. Under 35 years old.

 

Applicants should have published at least 2 research articles on SCI or SSCI journals and meet at least ONE of the following requirements:

1. Being a principle investigator of at least 1 research grants from national funding agencies;

2. Published at least 1 books;

3. Research articles published on SCI, SSCI journals have received at least 5citations for each publication

 

Position: Oversea Ph.D

Requirements:

1. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from one of the top 1000 universities based on worldwide ranking;

2. Under 35 years old.

 

Applicants should have published at least 3 research articles in English with at least 1 of them on a SCI or SSCI journal.
