In order to further improve the teaching ability of young teachers and ensure the online teaching quality during the pandemic prevention and control period, the Business School held the teaching salon with the theme "Exchange of experience on online teaching quality assurance " on the afternoon of July 1st. Deputy Dean Xu Jinhai attended the event and delivered a speech. In addition, Jiang Jiangang, the head of the School's undergraduate teaching supervision team, and the newly recruited young teachers in the past three years also participated in this event.

The salon was hosted by Jiang Jiangang. Five young teachers, including Zhao Lili, Zhang Yu'e, Liu Ziyang, Su Xianna, and Bao Shangyan, exchanged experiences on how to ensure the quality of teaching during the pandemic. They shared their experiences and opinions on how to ensure the quality of homework and improve the teaching effect, and on how to increase students' interest in learning, as well as on how to break down the difficult points to enhance the depth of students' learning. Supervisor Jiang Jiangang commented on each teacher's speech, and the participating teachers also actively expressed their opinions and agreed that they gained a lot from the salon.
