On the morning of December 10, Professor Zhong Funing from Nanjing Agricultural University gave an academic report entitled "Topic Selection and research Framework of Economic Management Academic Research".

Professor Zhong gave a comprehensive and profound explanation on the target positioning of academic research, the specificity and accuracy of academic problems, the selection and positioning of academic problems, and the determination of normative academic analysis framework. Combined with the selection of the project application of the National Social Science Fund, taking many high-level research results completed by him in recent years as cases, on the basis of full thinking and rational speculation, he launched a warm discussion and exchange with teachers and students, teachers and students benefited a lot. The presentation was chaired by Professor Li Zhibin, Dean of the School of Business.

Prof. Zhong Funing, Doctoral supervisor, Distinguished Professor Zhong Shan Scholar, Nanjing Agricultural University; Deputy Director of Academic Committee, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences Department; Director of the Institute of Agricultural Economics, Director of the China Food Security Research Center, Director of the International Food and Agricultural Economics Research Center. He is currently the advisor of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Economics, the Vice President of Jiangsu Provincial Economic Society, the Advisor of Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Economic Society, and the member of the Senior expert Group of the United Nations Committee on World Food Security. He used to be the convenor of the Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council, the member of the management expert group of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, the deputy director of the Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management Teaching Steering Committee of higher Education institutions of the Ministry of Education, the member of the National Agricultural colleges Teaching Steering Committee and the leader of the Agricultural Economics Group, and the vice president of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Economics.
