In order to enhance the investment of human resources, cultivate the team consciousness, management capability and personal integrity of future cadre, and promote the high-quality development of the company, Sinopharm Yangzhou Co., Ltd. and Business School cooperated to carry out the ‘Morning Star Plan’, the talents training course, which was formally opened in the morning of 8th March,2023. Professor Lian Yuanqiang, Vice President of the Academy, made an opening speech. He Zheng'an, Secretary of Party Committee and Executive Vice General Manager of Sinopharm Yangzhou Company Limited, made an inauguration statement. The opening ceremony was hosted by Zhuang Qin, Director of Human Resources Department of the company, and Professor Qin Xingfang, former President of the College, delivered the first lecture.

More than 70 trainees from the company are attending the course. This training course is 1 day per month, a total of 7 days of training, is expected to end in September. A total of 14 topics such as ‘Frontier of Management Thought’, ‘Problem Identification and Solution’, ‘Business Model Innovation’ and so on.
