Secretary Jiao Xinan of the University's Party Committee conducted research and provided guidance at the business school on March 5th. Secretary Jiao listened to the report on the new semester and the annual important work arrangements from the college's leaders. Secretary Jiao fully affirmed the work achievements of the school in recent years in achieving high-quality development. He encouraged the school to catch on to its current momentum and maintain sustained progress. He emphasized that the school's Party Committee should strengthen party building, solidify grassroots organizational construction, and promote " one convergence, dual heights " through ideological guidance to drive the development of the school.

He pointed out that a high-level business school should take talent development as its core, and that discipline construction is an important support for talent cultivation. He required the college to adhere to reform and innovation, actively explore the optimization of existing majors, summarize and refine experiences in talent cultivation and discipline construction, and plan for international accreditation of professional degree programs. Additionally, he also emphasized the need for organized scientific research to promote a new level of research output, pay attention to interdisciplinary integration, strengthen the combination of industry and education, and create high-quality achievements in think tanks. Furthermore, he insists on an aggressive introduction and cultivation of high-end talents, speeding up the growth of the teaching staff through academic practice and implementing targeted assistance for students. He also emphasized the need for individualized teaching and early career planning guidance to help students grow and succeed.
