To welcome new members joining the School of Business, on March 20, 2024, the college held the "New Doctor Orientation and Mentor Appointment Ceremony" event. The meeting consisted of two phases: the first phase was the new doctor orientation ceremony, and the second phase was the appointment ceremony for young mentors.

In the first phase of the meeting, Dean Li Zhibin warmly welcomed the new doctors on behalf of the college and expressed great hopes for the new members, while also presenting specific requirements. Two new teachers from the faculty of Business Administration, Wu Boyu and Cai Jiajia, delivered speeches expressing their gratitude for the opportunity and willingness to work diligently under the leadership of the business school's party and administrative officials to contribute to the development of the school.

In the second phase of the meeting, Dean Li Zhibin presented appointment letters to the mentors of the two new members and took photos. Lastly, General Party Secretary Meng Yihong put forward specific requirements for the new mentors in terms of ideology, expertise, and work style.
