To deepen the implementation of the overall deployment of the Central Committee and the State Council in developing the digital economy and the National "14th Five-Year Plan" for e-commerce development, and to accelerate the improvement of cross-border e-commerce capabilities of enterprises in Yangzhou, the "Yangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Training Base" jointly established by the Yangzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone Administration Bureau and the School of Business of Yangzhou University officially signed a contract and unveiled on April 9. Since the launch of the new format of cross-border e-commerce in the Yangzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone, it has actively cooperated with relevant municipal departments to improve the capacity building of public service platforms.
A cross-border e-commerce public service platform and a 1210 supervision center have been established and put into operation, realizing seamless integration of "orders, waybills, and payment receipts" in cross-border e-commerce transactions. The purpose of this cooperation in establishing the "Yangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Training Base" is to integrate resources and fully leverage the synergistic effects of the "training base", implement a six-in-one talent training model of "government, industry, academia, research, application, and training", and carry out multi-level and comprehensive e-commerce talent training to promote the high-quality development of e-commerce in Yangzhou.
