At 6:30 pm on September 29th, the education lecture for 2018 freshman from Business School was held in the lecture hall of gym on Yangzijin campus. Mr. Sushi Zhu, deputy director of Center Branch of the People's Bank of China in Yangzhou, Ms. Meijuan Bian, product manager of Branch of China Construction Bank in Yangzhou, and Lin Yang, Qing Wei, and Yingzhen Liu from Business School, attended the event.

The report was divided into two parts, presentation for financial knowledge and guidance for party knowledge, separately delivered by Ms. Meijuan Bian and Lin Yang. In the report, Mr. Sushi Zhu, deputy director of Center Branch of the People's Bank of China in Yangzhou, donated books related to financial knowledge on behalf of Center Branch of the People's Bank of China in Yangzhou. Then Ms. Meijuan Bian talked about normal financial knowledge to freshmen on college students' online loans and security testing. She interacted with students by Q&A session on financial safety knowledge to further enhance the financial security awareness of students. Finally, Lin Yang explained the requirements and matters needing pay attention to when applying for the Party membership in order to help the freshmen to correctly fill in the application.

This report will help the new students begin to form a career prototype into the financial industry, and it will also improve the college students' knowledge on applying for Party membership, which is undoubtedly an important first step for the 2018 freshmen to become a new generation of students at Yangzhou University.
